As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by establishing strategic sales partnerships and supporting our expansion into new country markets. This is not a pure sales role. You will own the entire process from evaluating new opportunities and ensuring proper execution to guaranteeing that each initiative delivers the expected results once implemented.
- Drive growth by building strong relationships with major sales partners, including automotive OEMs, utilities, installation companies, and others
- Own the entire partnership lifecycle from pitching and negotiating to closing contracts and managing long-term partner relationships
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities by assessing international expansion potential and defining regulatory and technical requirements for the product development team
- Support market entry efforts through project management, helping to establish local teams, processes, and operational structures
- Contribute to product development by translating customer needs and market insights into actionable requirements
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other international industry events
